A) |
Pipes & Elbows liner up to 150 NB is from PTFE
White liner confirms to standard resin Specification
ASTM D-1457, ASTM D-4994 & 95 Type II. Pipes &
Elbows of size 200 & above will be supplied either
in FEP or PFA or PTFE depending on process liquid
handled & as per standard resin specification.
ASTM D-2116 & D-3307 Type III & Type II &
ASTM D-1457, ASTM D-4994 & 95 respectively. |

Pipes : Seamless
Carbon Steel Pipe as per ASTM-A-106 Gr, B Sch 40. |

Elbows
: Ductile Cast Iron confirms to ASTM A-395 or S.G.Iron
confirms to ASTM A-536 (60-40-18) |

Flanges
confirms to ASTM A 105 Gr. B or IS 2062. MS PTFE Lined
Pipes are being supplied with one loose & other
fixed flange & Elbow with fixed flanges. However
it can be supplied as per individual customer's requirement

holes are provided in each pipe & Elbow. |
